Brandon Wu is a photographer who shoots Ultimate, live music, weddings, events, and more; he has been shooting professionally since 2008. He lives in Washington, DC, where he works as a freelance music photographer for the
Washington Post and the
Washington City Paper. Brandon started playing Ultimate as a high schooler in 1998, played college with Yale Superfly, and then with various club teams including Mid-Atlantic mixed teams B+ and Gorilla Foot, which were Club Championships qualifiers from 2002-2005. Playing Ultimate has fallen by the wayside in the past few years as Brandon completed a graduate degree and began a new day job - but he's still living the life vicariously through his photography. Brandon has been collaborating with UltiPhotos since 2009.
